These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and 888joy ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 888joy website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services available at 888joy.cam and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the 888joy Platform in any manner, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 888joy Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with 888joy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 888joy.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the 888joy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 888joy or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors;
• You have not previously had an 888joy account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Age Verification Process

888joy reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age and identity at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 888joy may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Where 888joy has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under 21 years of age, 888joy will immediately freeze the account, suspend all pending withdrawals, and initiate a formal age verification investigation. Any deposits made during the period of suspected underage access may be refunded net of any amounts already wagered.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 888joy Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe you may have an existing 888joy account, please contact customer support before registering a new account.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 888joy account and to keep that information current and up to date. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You acknowledge that 888joy relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888joy login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to notify 888joy's customer support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 888joy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.4 KYC Verification

888joy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal facilities suspended.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to the 888joy Platform are transacted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 888joy supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, QR Ph, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. 888joy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name on the registered 888joy account exactly.

Deposit funds are credited to your 888joy account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 888joy does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which 888joy bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all methods. 888joy targets the following processing timeframes: GCash and Maya within 5–30 minutes after approval; bank transfer methods within 15 minutes to 2 hours after approval. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by bank processing schedules, public holidays, and KYC verification status.

888joy reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering review may be placed on hold pending investigation. 888joy shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Funds Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 888joy Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made using Philippine payment methods. Members who access the Platform from outside the Philippines and use foreign-currency payment methods acknowledge that currency conversion rates and fees will apply and are the Member's sole responsibility.

888joy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for 888joy's Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry timeframes as specified in the current promotion details. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the Member's account as bonus funds and are not available for immediate withdrawal;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed within the specified timeframe;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at reduced rates or zero;
• 888joy reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error;
• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any time unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6.1 Game Availability

888joy offers a catalogue of online casino games including but not limited to live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), online slots, bingo, crash games (including Limbo), and specialty titles. Game availability may vary and 888joy reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in the catalogue at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, and specialty titles) on the 888joy Platform use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. No game outcome on the 888joy Platform can be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 888joy itself. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games use physical gaming equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical action and are not subject to software-based RNG. Live dealer sessions are recorded and archived for dispute resolution purposes.

6.4 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 888joy's decision regarding the validity of any game round affected by such error shall be final. 888joy reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes in cases of material technical error. Bets placed or winnings generated during a demonstrably defective game round are not valid and may be reversed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888joy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or any form of financial deception;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker variants;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent;
• Money laundering: Using the 888joy Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence, or any other automated system to play games or interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of 888joy;
• System exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided;
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your 888joy account on your behalf;
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

8.1 Suspension by 888joy

888joy reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where 888joy has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or where account suspension is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In cases of temporary suspension for investigation, 888joy will notify the Member by email within a reasonable timeframe and provide an opportunity to respond.

8.2 Closure of Account by Member

Members may request the closure of their 888joy account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending withdrawal amounts or applicable fees) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not been converted through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Members who close their accounts remain subject to the provisions of these Terms in respect of any pre-closure activity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion through 888joy's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion options range from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be suppressed. • Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount that can be lost within a defined period;

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 888joy Platform without the prior written consent of 888joy. Any unauthorized use of 888joy's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888joy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 888joy Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security; losses arising from your reliance on information or data provided on the Platform; losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance or downtime; or losses arising from any unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to take reasonable security precautions.

888joy does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. While 888joy makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform uptime and stability, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond 888joy's reasonable control.

888joy is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable data protection regulations. 888joy collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, verifying Member identity, processing financial transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the Member experience.

By registering an 888joy account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 888joy Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to 888joy's legal retention obligations. Requests relating to personal data may be submitted to the 888joy Data Protection Officer at the contact details listed in Section 15.

888joy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 888joy will notify registered Members via the email address on file with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 888joy Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account. 888joy recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current terms governing their use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Member and 888joy, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through 888joy's internal complaints process, which is as follows:

1. Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Contact 888joy's customer support team via live chat or email. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, the Member may submit a formal written complaint to 888joy's Customer Relations team. 888joy will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a full written response within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If the Member remains unsatisfied after completing Steps 1 and 2, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process limits any rights a Member may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
